If you intend to have an original document apostilled, please note that it must be issued by Service Ontario. Otherwise, a copy must first be notarized before obtaining an apostille.

Please upload clear scans or photos through this form. We will review your documents and send you a quote. Upon your approval, you will need to send the original documents to us via express mail or deliver them in person to one of our offices. We will then proceed with the notarization and apostille.

Once completed, scanned copies will be emailed to you. If you need hard copies, we can mail them or you can pick them up from one of our offices:
