Overview

This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding order changes, cancellations, turnaround times, revisions, and refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Changes

You may request changes before work has started, including:

  • Updating documents
  • Changing target language
  • Correcting details
  • Modifying services

Work is considered to have started once your documents have been reviewed, assigned, or partially translated.

After this point, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

Cancellations

  • Before work begins → Full refund
  • After work begins → No refund

Any completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete documents
  • Client-side delays
  • External or administrative processes

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

Draft Approval & Finalization

A draft translation may be provided before finalization.

Once you approve the draft:

  • The translation is considered final
  • No further revisions are included
  • The order becomes non-refundable

Quality Concerns & Revisions

We are committed to delivering accurate translations.

If you identify an issue:

  • You must notify us within 30 days
  • We will review and correct any verified errors

Errors refer to objective translation inaccuracies and do not include stylistic preferences or subjective wording choices.

Translation Acceptance

We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority (e.g., IRCC, embassies).

If a translation is formally rejected due to a verified translation error, and valid proof is provided:

  • We will correct the issue at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Rejections due to factors unrelated to translation quality do not qualify for refunds.

Notary & Apostille Services

We may facilitate notary or apostille services through authorized providers.

Once these services are completed:

  • They are non-refundable
  • We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority

Shipping Policy

We offer:

  • Regular Mail (Free, no tracking)
  • Express Shipping (Paid, tracked)

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed regular mail
  • Carrier delays

Shipping issues do not qualify for refunds.

Digital Delivery

Certified PDF copies are provided.

Acceptance depends on the receiving authority.

Non-acceptance does not qualify for refund unless due to verified translation error.

Limitation of Liability

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not liable for:

  • Missed deadlines
  • Application rejections
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Chargebacks

By approving a draft or receiving completed services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks except in cases of verified service error.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including technical failures, natural events, or third-party disruptions.
