This website is operated by Certified Translations Canada Inc., located in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We provide services including:

• Certified Translation
• Notary Services
• Apostille Services
• Interpretation Services

All services are provided based solely on the documents and information supplied by the client.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and final documents
• Review all draft translations carefully
• Confirm spelling of names and personal details when requested

You are responsible for verifying all personal information prior to approval.

Work is considered to have started once your documents have been reviewed, assigned, or partially processed.

After this point, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

A draft translation may be provided for review.

By approving the draft:

• You confirm that all visible content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The translation will be finalized based on your approval
• No revisions will be made after finalization without additional charges

We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority (e.g., IRCC, embassies).

If a translation is formally rejected due to a verified translation error, and valid proof is provided:

• We will correct the issue at no cost, or
• Issue a refund at our discretion

Rejections unrelated to translation accuracy do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is required before delivery of finalized documents

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incomplete information, suspected misuse, or other reasonable concerns.

All turnaround times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Third-party authorities
• Client-provided errors or delays
• External factors beyond our control

These services involve third-party authorities.

We are not responsible for:

• Processing timelines
• Decisions made by those authorities

• Regular mail (free) is untracked
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed regular mail
• Express shipping is available at additional cost

Certified PDF copies are provided.

Acceptance depends on the receiving authority and is not guaranteed.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to the amount paid
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party decisions

By approving a draft or receiving completed services, you agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks except in cases of verified service error.

You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including technical issues, natural events, or third-party disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
